Reassessment Policy
This is the approved programme reassessment policy (human review passed). The 3-attempt limit is enforced by the platform for the paid programme final assessment only — Module 00 is unaffected. The programme is prepared for CPD assessment and is not yet CPD Certified.
1. Failed Learners
A delegate who scores below the pass mark (≥ 85% overall) on the final exam is considered not yet passed. The results dashboard immediately identifies the specific weak modules (< 50% critical gap, 50–84% review advised, ≥ 85% excellent) with per-question technical guidance.
2. Review of Weak Modules
Before retaking the exam, the delegate is directed to review the flagged module materials: the recorded video walkthrough, the Technical Reference (PDF), the applied Case Study (PDF), and the per-question feedback provided in the results dashboard.
3. Reassessment
A maximum of 3 assessment attempts is permitted. After an unsuccessful attempt, the learner should review the relevant weak module content (video walkthrough, Technical Reference, Case Study, and the per-question guidance in the results dashboard) before reassessment. The full 15-question exam is retaken under the same time limit of up to 60 minutes.
4. After the Third Unsuccessful Attempt
After the third unsuccessful attempt, further reassessment requires review of the relevant learning material and contact with Ecometric Studio before assessment access is reopened.
5. Certificate Eligibility
The completion certificate is issued only after the delegate achieves the verified pass mark (≥ 85% overall) on the final exam. Certificates are issued via the Certificate page and carry a unique serial number. No certificate is issued for partial completion or failed attempts.
6. Record Keeping
Exam attempts, scores, and per-module results are retained on the platform and are available for quality assurance and CPD assessor review.
